Keith Seaforth, Kinston dentist, former LCPS Board member passes away at 75 — Neuse News

Dr. Keith M. Seaforth handed away on June 21, 2022, at 75 years of age. Seaforth opened his dentistry workplace in Kinston in 1981. He was married to his spouse Barbara for 51 years and collectively that they had 4 youngsters, all of whom graduated from Howard College, Seaforth’s alma mater.
“Dr. Seaforth will definitely be remembered for his tireless dedication to the scholars and employees of our system,” stated Nicholas Harvey II, Lenoir County Public Colleges Assistant Superintendent. “His legacy of equity for all continues to resonate with our management staff. Our ideas and prayers are along with his spouse, Barbara and your entire Seaforth household.”
His service to the neighborhood included serving because the President of the Howard College School of Dentistry Alumni Affiliation, Lenoir County Board of Training, the United Means board, the Huge Brother/Huge Sister board, and the Kinston-Lenoir County Chamber of Commerce.
Linden Fund USA, which helps the financial and social redevelopment of Linden, Guyana, posted the next message on their Fb web page: “Keith was an excellent civic chief and long-term Director of the Linden Fund USA, who financially backed initiatives for the development of Linden. We ship our condolences to Keith’s household, buddies, and colleagues who grieve his passing!”
Lenoir County Commissioner Chair and former Lenoir County Public Faculty Board member Linda Rouse Sutton stated, “Keith turned an excellent pal whereas we served on the college board. He was very degree headed and thought issues by. He labored arduous as a board member to ensure all youngsters had the identical alternative to be educated. I actually loved serving with him and attending to know the true chief he was.”
Per his obituary, his funeral can be held at St. Augustus A.M.E. Zion Church on Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at 12 PM with Rev. Reginald Bradshaw officiating. Interment shall observe at Pinelawn Memorial Park.
