Harrell Named SGMC Director of Information Security and Technology

South Georgia Medical Heart is happy to announce the promotion of Tony Harrell to Director of Data Safety and Expertise.
Harrell has been with SGMC for over 25 years and has served in numerous IT safety and management roles all through the well being system, together with IT Operations and Assist Supervisor, Data Techniques Safety Supervisor, and most just lately because the interim Director of Data Expertise.
In his new position, Harrell will lead the well being system’s Data Providers Division, consisting of purposes, infrastructure, data safety, operations, and assist groups.
Harrell holds a Bachelor of Arts diploma from Valdosta State College alongside his Grasp of Science diploma in Cybersecurity & Data Assurance from Western Governors College.
