Bullet Strikes Window of Comcast Technology Center in Center City, Philadelphia – NBC10 Philadelphia


An investigation is underway after a bullet struck a window of the Comcast Know-how Heart in Philadelphia on Thursday.

Police say the bullet went by a window on the twenty third flooring of the constructing, which is situated on 1800 Arch Avenue in Heart Metropolis. Police acquired a name reporting the bullet at 2:24 p.m.

Nobody was injured in the course of the incident.

No arrests have been made. Arch Avenue is at the moment closed between 18th and nineteenth streets as police examine.

“A window was shattered on an upper-level flooring of the Comcast Know-how Heart this afternoon,” Comcast spokesperson  John Demming wrote. “The security of our workers is our prime precedence and fortunately no one was injured. Our safety group is working carefully with native authorities on the investigation of the trigger.”

At 1,121 ft, the Comcast Know-how Heart is the tallest constructing in Philadelphia and the 14th tallest in the USA. It consists of 60 flooring and is the house of NBC10 Philadelphia and Telemundo 62.

Comcast is the dad or mum firm of NBC10.
